Center for Couples

Center for Couples at Cosmetic Urology is a unique center, with Long Island, New York and multiple offices in the Cleveland, Ohio area in Northeast Ohio, dedicated to address the needs of couples.  We understand that each couple and partner has their own distinct desires and expectations.  Unlike most plastic surgeons that typically do not specialize on genital surgery, and most adult urologists and gynecologists that typically focus on surgery on either males or females, Cosmetic Urology is dedicated to the cosmetic and reconstructive repair of genital conditions of both sexes.

Dr. Jeffrey Palmer has extensive training and experience in both cosmetic and reconstructive genital surgery in both sexes.  This commitment to one specialist to both sexes allows couples to have coordinated care of both partners by one cosmetic surgeon whether they have concerns of different or the same genital structures.  So whether one or both partners require a circumcision, circumcision revision for reduntant penile skin, penile enhancement surgery, hidden penis (buried penis) repair, labiaplasty (labia minora reduction) for enlarged or asymmetric labia minora, clitoral hood reduction (clitoroplasty), or hymenoplasty, Dr. Palmer can provide evaluation and care of both partners.

On the day of the consultation, Dr. Palmer privately meets you in a friendly setting to discuss both the specific needs, desires and expectations of each individua and of the couple. After the individual examations, he discusses the options individually and then as a couple.

If both partners choose to have surgical repair of their genital issues, they have the option of having the procedures performed on the same or separate days. Dr. Palmer will perform the entire procedure without the assistance of medical students, residents or other doctors-in-training. Cosmetic Urology believes that patients are entitled to privacy and to be cared for by the doctor that you have selected and not by a doctor-in-training, which maximizes the ability to provide consistent, high-level and efficient evaluation and care.
