We provide courtesy services to assist our inter-national and out-of-town patients in making arrangements for their evaluation and treatment. Whether you are seeking a circumcision or circumcision revision for redundant penile skin, hidden penis (buried penis) repair, labiaplasty for enlarged or asymmetric labia minora, or clitoral hood reduction (clitoroplasty), we look forward to working with you.
To assist in the travel process, international and out-of-state patients are assigned a concierge. The concierge assists the patient and their family in making the visit as easy as possible. Patients are assisted with a hotel in the Cleveland, Ohio area, flight, car service, dining and entertainment arrangements, as well as, any other travel questions or requirements. The concierge is provided to make each patient feel at home during their visit.
Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE) and Akron-Canton Airport (CAK) are both conveniently located near our offices in the Cleveland, Ohio area. Several major airlines fly into both airports. Car service is available from each airport. The concierge will gladly assist in the travel arrangements.

This chapter is an update to Dr. Palmer's chapter in the 10th edition regarding the same topic. This textbook serves as a reference for urologis and other healthcare professional throughout the world.
NEW OFFICE: Cosmetic Urology Institute opened a new office at Mentor Office Park, 8224 Mentor Avenue in MENTOR, OHIO. The state-of-the-art facility includes expansion of the Centers of Excellence and easier access to our Pennsylvania and Northeast patients.

NORTHEASTERN SECTION OF AUA: Dr. Jeffrey Palmer was an invited speaker at the 2014 Northeastern Section of the American Urological Association Annual Meeting. The lecture at this inter-national meeting of adult and pediatric urologists, entitled "Caring for Adult Patients with Congenital Problems", addressed congenital problems in young adults and adolescents transitioning into adulthood. Our staff has a large experience in success-fully treating adults and adolescents with congenital conditions.
