Cosmetic and reconstructive issues of the genitalia are common in adult men and women. Personal concerns of one’s genitalia, such as redundant penile skin, penile curvature, asymmetric labia and enlarged clitoral hood, can affect one’s self-esteem, self-image and self-confidence. These concerns can interfere with one’s intimate and personal relationships as well as sexual satisfaction. However, there are few qualified and experienced surgeons to address these concerns in both sexes.
Dr. Jeffrey S. Palmer, an internationally renowned cosmetic and reconstructive urologist who is Board-certified in Urology and subspecialty certified in Pediatric Urology, established Cosmetic Urology Institute in Long Island, New York and Northeast Ohio with offices in the Cleveland, Ohio area and surrounding areas. Dr. Palmer founded the Institute in response to the parents of his pediatric and adolescent patients who were seeking a surgeon to address their own male and female genital issues, but could not find a skilled and proficient surgeon to perform surgeries such as circumcision, circumcision revision, hidden penis (buried penis) repair, labiaplasty (labia minora reduction for enlarged or asymmetric labia minora), vaginoplasty, clitoral hood reduction (clitoroplasty) or hymenoplasty.
Cosmetic Urology Institute addresses these individual concerns of the genitalia by specializing in comprehensive cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the genitalia of both men and women using a combination of unique skills and experience. Men and women come to Dr. Palmer due to his innovative evaluation and treatment, including Triple-P (P3) Technique™, 3-Point Repair™, and 2-Point Repair™, to repair congenital, acquired and cosmetic conditions of the male and female genitalia. Dr. Palmer has performed thousands of male and female genital surgeries.
Cosmetic Urology Institute also assist in seeking consultation and care by establishing an office in Long Island, New York and several convenient Northeast Ohio offices in the Cleveland, Ohio area and surrounding areas. Several of our offices are in close proximity to International, national, and regional airports for our international and out-of-state patients. So if one needs a circumcision revision or labiaplasty, one does not need to travel far for evaluation and care.
